We are looking for a Deputy Manager.

Initially the post will be as a waitress/waiter but on proof of ability this will lead to promotion. You must be : 

100%  reliable
1st Class waiter
Deal with customers
Deal with staff
Initiative
Motivating / Self-motivating

Duties as Deputy Manager

Work with manager and in absence of manager take control of:

• Cash
• Staff
• Cleaning & maintenance
• Ordering
• Closing

Typically 6/7 shifts per week

3 morning (11-3.30pm)  4 evening (5.30-12.30am) shifts   = 41.5 hours/week
